By confirming that you agree with these terms, or accessing or using any part of this web site, you agree that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by this agreement for all past, present and future uses by you of the thedailytale.com website. If you do not agree to be bound by this agreement, do not access or use any part of this web site. Thedailytale.com reserves the right to make changes to this agreement at any time. Continued use of any part of this web site constitutes your acceptance of such changes. Accordingly, you should review this agreement from time to time to become familiar with such changes.

Any member or non-member who does not agree with these terms and conditions can refuse to register or terminate their membership.

Use of our website or services or the purchase of products after posted changes means that you consent to the privacy policies as changed.

All terms on this page are subject to change without prior notice.
General Rules
1. You will comply with all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement and all applicable laws, regulations and rules when you use Thedailytale.com.
2. Thedailytale.com may modify the Thedailytale.com terms of use at any time with or without notice to you.
3. If Thedailytale.com determines, in its sole and absolute discretion, that you will breach a term or condition of this Agreement by uploading pornographic images or plagiarizing or otherwise does not meet the standards of Thedailytale.com, Thedailytale.com may terminate or disable a membership.
4. To become a Member, you must register with Thedailytale.com through its online registration process. Only Members have the right to view the forum and library of short stories.
5. You must provide Thedailytale.com with accurate and complete contact information if you become a Thedailytale.com member. If you do not submit a valid email address, Thedailytale.com is not responsible if you do not receive site updates or receive support for any site problems (i.e. resolving abuse reports, profile glitches, etc.)
6. You will need to select a password if you become a member. You will be responsible for all use of your password, including, without limitation, any use by any unauthorised third party. You must notify Thedailytale.com immediately if you believe your password has been or may be obtained or used by any unauthorised person or entity.
7. Generally, you must use Thedailytale.com in a manner that demonstrates original work. “Biting” or plagiarism is prohibited. If a member is caught with plagiarized work, their membership will be terminated. If a non-member is caught with plagiarized work, they will no longer be able to post a poem under their nickname. We understand that different nicknames can be used to conceal one’s identity. Thedailytale.com has no control over that. Thedailytale.com will block the IP address of the user or member who submitted the plagiarized work and Thedailytale.com will simply not accept any with plagiarized work. Please publish your own writings.
8. No one may post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you or you have consent from the owner of the copyrighted material. Spam, flooding, advertisements, chain letters, pyramid schemes, and solicitations are also inappropriate for Thedailytale.com.
9. No member or user is allowed to use another member's account to post messages, rate poems or browse this community.
10. You understand that all information, data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, artwork, video, messages or other materials ("content"), whether publicly posted or privately transmitted, are the sole responsibility of the person from which such Content originated. This means that you, and not Thedailytale.com, are entirely responsible for all Content that you upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available via the site. Thedailytale.com does not control the Content posted via the site and, as such, does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of such Content. You understand that by using the site, you may be exposed to Content that is offensive, indecent or objectionable. Under no circumstances will Thedailytale.com be liable in any way for any Content, including, but not limited to, for any errors or omissions in any Content, or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any Content posted, emailed, transmitted or otherwise made available via the site.
11. If you submit content to Thedailytale.com (on a message board, in connection with your participation in a Thedailytale.com contest, or otherwise) you hereby grant Thedailytale.com an unrestricted and unlimited license to use such content (or any portion thereof) on the Thedailytale.com Web site, in email "newsletters" or other promotional materials (collectively referred to as "Promotions") to promote or advertise any of your sites or Thedailytale.com, or to allow external entities to republish the material in conjunction with promoting and/or advertising the Thedailytale.com website, or to republish such content on the Thedailytale.com site or affiliates' sites, as the company sees fit, with or without identifying the content as yours on the Promotions, provided that your content is identified as yours on the Thedailytale.com website within a reasonable period of time subsequent to submission to Thedailytale.com.
